The room was cozy and had beautiful antique decoration. My bed was soft and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location is great, near the coast for excellent snorkeling and just a short walk to the beach, a botanical garden, and other wonderful sights.

The venue is wonderful, food is fresh, good location to go to visit the island. The staff is welcoming, as well as owner. Everything is fabulous, the room is clean and airy with the private bath which included a sleeping area and dressers, for instance.

The hotel's room was reasonably large with a magnificent view of the rising mountains. I liked the antique decor and clean bathroom. The venue was a short walk to sights in the area, including the Lava Tree park and the Kona coast or north to Kohala, thanks to its very special and exceptionally nice location.

Looking for a unique and peaceful stay in the rainforests? This hidden gem is for you! Located in a nature lovers' paradise, it's perfect for planning trips to the nearby sights. the hostess was welcoming and very helpful in answering our many questions. the room and bathroom was clean, cozy, and comfortable. Breakfast was a great start to the day with ample homemade yogurt and eggs. We loved falling asleep to the sound of tropical wildlife while being protected by the mosquito netting.
As for the negative, the road to the inn was bumpy and unpaved.

We got amazing value for our money at the Tropic Inn. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like Lava Tree National Park and the tide pools for snorkelling. The staff, especially Irene the owner, treated us wonderfully, providing delicious homemade breakfasts and excellent recommendations for things to do on the island.
The only small improvement that could be made to the breakfast selection would be to offer a bit more variety in terms of hot options.
